They have founded a $10m+ ARR SaaS company which ranked #156 in the Globe and Mail list of Canada’s top growing companies. Raised over $75m of equity and debt for the companies they have invested in and been involved in dozens of transactions including exiting their own investments and purchasing and integrating multiple companies.

James is involved in all key decisions from product to marketing and leads the company from London, ON Canada.
